The Begin family—Danielle, Devin, Brooklynn, and Rob—are the original creators behind Garciolli’s, first established in 1994 on Mary Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Now returning as “Garciolli’s 2.0,” the family has revitalized their concept with a larger venue, expanded offerings, and a focus on craft beer.
Their new location, affectionately called “the barn,” is a restored historic structure in St. David’s, originally a packing shed for the Fedorkow family farm. The Begins saw the barn’s potential and transformed it into a welcoming space that blends history with modern charm. After Rob’s 24-year career in Ontario’s brewing and winemaking industry, the family combined their expertise and passion for great food, drinks, and togetherness to create a relaxed eatery and brewery that celebrates community.
Garciolli’s now brings brewing back to St. David’s after a 186-year hiatus, offering a cozy dining experience in the main barn with plans to expand into a second barn for an exciting new concept. The Begins aim to provide a space where families can gather, enjoy delicious meals, and create lasting memories. Guests can expect a warm welcome and a celebration of food, drink, and camaraderie.
