An Evening of Culinary Storytelling
Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience in the historic setting of Navy Hall, where history meets modern cuisine. Indigenous chefs Tawnya Brant and Aicha Smith-Belghaba will present a multi-course dinner, showcasing the rich culinary traditions and seasonal ingredients of their heritage. Each dish, paired with curated beverages, highlights nature’s bounty, ensuring every bite delights.
The evening begins with an Indigenous opening ceremony and outdoor refreshments by the fire*. Inside, enjoy thoughtfully crafted courses, including warm breads, comforting soups, a show-stopping main dish, and a unique dessert finale. The chefs will share the inspiration behind each dish and its ingredients.
*Opening refreshments are non-alcoholic. Alcoholic beverages will be served with the seated dinner.
We can accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free requests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other dietary restrictions.
