It is 5 times the fun when 5 wineries from the Niagara Benchlands get together to spring us all into spring entertaining mode with their “Spring Wine Trail”.
Meander between a selected set of 5 premium wineries on April 20th or 21st, 2024 (you pick!) and enjoy 5 extraordinary “wines of spring” paired with 5 sensational nibbles that will inspire you to clear off your deck and get entertaining this spring.
To amplify the fun, each winery will focus on a different herb expertly grown by Freeman Herbs in Beamsville, Ontario. That herb will be featured in the cuisine, and you will get to take that potted herb home from each winery. At the end, you will have a collection of 5 fragrant, delicious herbs!
Can you visualize how delicious the following spring inspired wine and food pairings will be? You can experience all 5 with your discovery pass!
