Niagara Region
Visitors coming to the Niagara Region, and particularly Niagara Falls, should be aware of the Drone Regulations.
Transport Canada Federal Regulations have designated locations around Niagara Falls, regional airports and other regional locations as restricted areas.

The restriction includes operating UAV’s (Drones) without prior approval and the permission of Transport Canada.
